Hello, 

I have  problem in installing software .Recently i had reinstall  my window 10 as i have recovery file in my notebook. 

But after the successful installation of window when i about  to install software like  AUTOCAD and 3DS MAX its shows some error and unable to install the same. so can yo please help me to resolve the problem. And is that necessary to upade the notebook after the recovery. 

please revert ASAP

Hi,

Check which version of Windows you have installed. Press WinKey + R  and type winver

The latest version is 1903, you can update here clicking on update now:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

Once the latest version has installed, completely update the PC

Windows Settings > Update & Security > click on Verify for Updates

let it completely update system and drivers. You might need to reboot a couple of times.

Next, use HP support assistant to completely update HP drivers (you can find in the start menu or if you do not have installed you can download from here)

next, try and install the software.
