Hello, what do you check exactly?? If it is your drivers, you can check here, I don't find any product with the number you have given:

Or tell us the Product Number (P/N) from your PC.

Hi, @Livhuwani1 

 

AMD only developed W7 and W10 drivers for that model processor and graphics.

 

https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/amd-e-series-processors/amd-e2-series-apu-for-laptops/7th-gen-e2-...

 

Maybe the W7 driver will work on W8.1.

 

If not, you will need to install a supported operating system.
