You don't really need to go from clean to GPT if you are clean installing Windows on the drive.

 

If you are booting from an (U)EFI boot source the PC will automatically install Windows in GPT.

 

However, to answer your question...

 

After you have typed clean and windows reports the clean was successful, the next command you enter would be to type convert gpt and press the enter key.
