laptop HP 255 G9 Windows 11

16GB RAM

I decided to increase the amount of video memory used (since the properties of the video adapter indicate that 10GB of video memory is available to me), but when I enter the BIOS I see that the maximum value I can set is 4GB or less, respectively

IMPORTANT: previously I had the opportunity to install 8GB on the same laptop, but for some reason (not related to video memory) I had to uninstall Windows, and now I have this problem

I really need to increase the amount of video memory to 8GB as I did before, but it’s not clear what the problem isphoto_2024-01-21_20-26-21.jpg
