Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Purchased Spectre 13 on 2/9/2020 at Bestbuy. HP support assistant indicates warranty start date 11/26/2019. Please tell me how to get warranty start corrected to 11/26/2020. THANKS.

The warranty start date is set when the PC is BUILT, not when it is SOLD.

 

You can reset the date by contacting HP Customer Support.
