Product: TPN-C125

My computer was working normally , and 2 days ago it started updating something that I didn’t give attention and then when opened the page that I should put my password to login , it says that my password is wrong even when I know it’s not !

when I go to change the password  it keep saying that my email that I use is also with the password wrong and the number that I have uploaded is an old number I don’t have the option to put my new number and not even to send a request on my email to reset the password!
