When I turn off the PC with "shut down the system" the led light of the power button stays on and to turn it off I have to keep the power button pressed.
This does not happen if I turn on the PC and only access the internet.
The defect occurs if I use the PC with Office or other applications

I understand that the laptop will not shut down completely
Try the steps recommended below.
1. use windows key+x on your keyboard, to open device manager (you may use other means)
2. Locate system services and expand the trail
3. Locate and right click on "Intel (R) Management Engine Interface" then select Properties (or Just
double click)
4. Select power management tap
5. And uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"
6. Save it and close it.
1. Turn off Fast Startup
2. Go to Control Panel > Power Options > Choose what the power button does and click on “Change settings that are currently unavailable" and Uncheck "Turn on Fast Startup"
3.uncheck “Power Management”
4. Go to Control Panel > Device Manager > System Devices > Intel Management Engine Interface > Power Management and uncheck the “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power”
Try restoring the BIOS to default and check if it helps.
- Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.
- Press the Power button to start the computer and repeatedly press the F10 key to enter the BIOS setup menu.
- On the BIOS Setup screen, press F9 to select and load the BIOS Setup Default settings.
- Press F10 to Save and Exit.
- Use the arrow keys to select Yes, then press Enter when asked Exit Saving Changes?
- Follow the prompts to restart your computer.
Also, try running a system diagnostics test on your PC and check if the hardware components on your PC are functioning correctly.
