Indefinite please wait/automatic repair

Hi, I’ve read a few forums on the black screen with automatic repairs and please wait but most of them have issues when they did the test. Mine passed all the tests (I did the quick and long tests with passes on both). I tried to do the F11 shortcut to do a system recovery but it just puts me at the please wait HP black screen for who knows how long. Is there a way to do a factory reboot another way? All my files are on onedrive so I can access them anywhere

If you did not create your Recovery Media we can see if you could still purchase it from HP???

 If we knew what model laptop you had???

I didn’t create anything when I bought it and it’s an HP spectre x360 13”

I had gotten the recovery media from hp support and it still didn’t work. So I have to send it in for repairs. Thanks for the help though
