Infinite Blue Screen Loop Please Help

I haven't had this problem in years. But now i just cant get anywhere i was resetting my laptop to factory settings it didn't work now all  i get is a blue screen thay says your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart we're just collecting some error info  and then well restart for you

I cant even boot into safe mode to fix the problem it i tried pressing the lower button three times too see if the win re screen comes up like I read but it just doent come up ive powered off and on more than several times but the same screen comes up over and over  im at a loss 😞

The only suggestion I can offer if the recovery system isn't working, would be to use the W10 Media Creation tool to clean install W10.

The tool will give you the option of creating a bootable USB installation flash drive, or save an ISO file which you can burn to a DVD.

You will need an 8 GB flash drive for the bootable USB flash drive method.

After W10 installs, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
