The computer continue advicing me that there is "Insufficent space on RECOVERY (D:) disk" . If I click the notification it  show me this:

I already tried to delete files to save space, but it continue saying that are left oly 4.00 MB out of 16 GB. There are no external files if I check in the folder RECOVERY.

There is only one file that occupy 2 GB, but where are the other 14 GB???

Also, I cannot optimize the disk, even if the pc says that the optimization is necessary.

Please help me, I really don't know what to do. Thank you!
