Product: HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have Windows 10 and when I went into HP Smart it wanted to update my installed version but it indicated it needed Windows 11. I tried to download it anyway and it did not work; I do not want to update to Windows 11, my computer isn't even able to. How do I contact someone so I can cancel my HP account?
