Hello everyone, sorry for my English.

 

I have a laptop with preinstalled Windows 8 (licensed), but I installed Windows 10. How can I install Win 8 when there is no Win 8, only Win 8.1?

Hi:

 

Unfortunately, you can't.

 

The only way to install an original version of W8 would be to purchase W8 recovery media for your specific model notebook, and I doubt you will be able to find any for sale.

 

I can give you a way to install W8.1 for free by using the W8 product key in your notebook's BIOS, but that is the best I or anyone else can do for you.

 

If you want to do that, let me know what version of W8 came with your PC (Home or Pro) and if it was single language or not).
