HP Laptop 14-dq5009nr (9W0Z0UA)
Product number:9W0Z0UA

There is no advance BIOS setting. I created use the media creation tool to try and reinstall windows 11, but it brings me now to Install driver to show hardware. I reset the BIOS to default, and tried to install different drivers to no avail. Now if you boot without the flashdrive it goes to an error Hard disk 3F0 boot device not found error.
I tried a windows 10 through the media creation tool which at least gets me into troubleshoot; however, this does not allow for any repair/restore.

If you are referring to Windows not finding the SSD to install on, see if this works:

I have zipped up and attached the Intel storage controller drivers that should work for Windows to find the drive.

The attached file is good for both W10 & W11.

Copy all of the files in both folders in the attached file to a USB flash drive.

Have the flash drive and your Windows installation media plugged into USB ports.

Boot from the Windows installation flash drive.

When you get to the screen where no drives can be found, click on the Load driver option, browse to the flash drive with the storage controller drivers on it.

If you check the box, it will only include the compatible driver.

Click Next, and Windows should install.

Unfortunately the HP Cloud Recovery Tool Installer did not work.

The driver Paul_Tikkanen sent did the trick. Everything is good now.

I appreciate everyone's assistance.
