Product: HP 15-r035tu Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I wanted to reinstall windows 8.1 but Microsoft removed it from their website. Can I get any ISO file of it?

There are 3rd party websites that have them, so use those files at your own risk.
