Screen black doesn't do anything 

Tell me to install  operating system on hard disk 3F0 F2 system diagnostic 

Can't get to hp/ tech center on it

How can I get a disk to install 😫 

Haven't used in months but still should be able to get to factory reset or something

You can't do a factory reset if the disk is bad and a new disk will be blank.

HP does not sell disk drives, so you would have to open the laptop, see what drive model it has and replace that.

If this were mine, I would replace the HDD with an SDD of the same capacity.

If your PC is a 2016 model or newer, you should see if you can make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool on a working PC.

The recovery drive can then be used to install Win10 and the HP drivers and utilities that originally came with your PC.
