Hello everyone,

I’m considering purchasing a refurbished HP EliteBook 840 G5 (14", Core i5 7300U, 500GB) and I would like to know if anyone has experience with this model regarding operating system installation or recovery.

Hi:

 

If the PC you want to buy came with Windows from HP you can use the HP cloud recovery client software to make a bootable USB recovery drive.
