Hi
For the RAM, I would try CRUCIAL and KINGSTON websites, and let them offer a Matching module.
For Ubuntu 18:04 or 18:10 I would try the Live version first and list all the hardware that need drivers etc.
Then consider an install and dual boot.

Hi
http://releases.ubuntu.com/18.04/
Live =Desktop image
The desktop image allows you to try Ubuntu without changing your computer at all, and at your option to install it permanently later. This type of image is what most people will want to use. You will need at least 1024MiB of RAM to install from this image.
As to Crucial shipping to Pakistan, irrelevant, you just want a module to match.
So try Piriform Speccy.
