I was prompted to install windows 11 and I proceeded with the update. After updating my laptop to windows 11 it won't boot up. I can't seem to be able to roll back the update, and I can't get the computer to start up. I am not too sure what to do. Does anyone have any advice?

@RandomAnon11223 -- if I had the problem, I would:
- buy a new SSD
- remove the current disk-drive from the computer
- connect the new SSD
- see: Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com) to download Windows 10 onto an empty 8GB USB memory-stick
- install Windows 10 onto the new SSD
- use my USB-to-external-SATA-adapter to connect between a USB port and the old disk-drive
- copy all my personal files from "old" to "new"
My current disk-drive has been "out-of-warranty" for 3 years -- it is time to proactively replace it, before it fails. Compare to proactively replacing automobile tires, before all of the tread is gone.
Or, it may be possible that the HP factory installed a hidden "system recovery" partition onto the current disk-drive. If you can boot from that partition, you will be able to reload the "factory-installed" HP-modified version of Windows 10.
