Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello guys,

There are 2x8GB RAM installed in my computer, but when I look at the computer properties, it shows 16GB RAM but the available RAM is 5.88. When I look at the bios menu, my RAM appears to be 16GB. When I check with CPU-Z, it shows 16GB as 2 slots 8x2. But my available RAM is 5.88, how can I solve this problem?

Where does it say in CPU-Z what is your "usable RAM"? I'm looking at CPU-Z and I don't see that anywhere?

OK, so open Task Manager, select the Performance tab. click on the memory entry on the left.

You should see In Use and Available -- and they should add up to about 16GB -- mine do.
