Product: Stream 14
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have a HP Stream 14 with 32GB of memory. I found a You Tube video on line for upgrading the memory, but the person posting the instructions said you need to "upgrade" the BIOS to F.16 Rev A for the upgrade he shows to work. I logged on and ran the driver update and it downloaded and installed F.20. The upgrade will not work - I get the flashing shift key the on-line video warned of if F.16 is not installed. How can I find and install F.16 Rev A?
