Product: HP Probook 450 G9

Please let me know whether Replacing Windows 11 Pro by Ubuntu in HP ProBook 450 G9 Laptop will void its 3 years warranty.

The issue is that when you do that, HP will no longer service it, so whether or not the warranty is voided does not matter.  HP only supports the original OS that came preloaded on the device.  Replacing that OS with Linux distro means you are then assuming total support responsibility for the device, as we here provide no Linux support and HP provides no Linux drivers.
