Microsoft Windows 11

To all who try to install Windows 11 on HP Laptops with AMD CPUs, I provide the following fix for the "drivers missing" issue after hours of searching and trial and error, hope it helps:

1. Download AMD chipset drivers (AMD Neural Processing Unit (NPU) Driver) from the support page on any PC

2. Run the .exe you downloaded and extract the files to your bootable USB Stick created with the Media Creation Tool

3. When you boot from your USB stick, you have to navigate all the way to the subfolder ..\sp157907\driver\dchu_01_AMDIPU_Base\DPU_Sequence in order for the driver to be detected (may vary for your individual system/driver). It will NOT be detected by just selecting the stick or a higher up folder!

4. Install, continue, create your Win 11 partition and enjoy.

Hope it helps and saves you some time 🙂
