I have upgraded to Windows 10 my notebook, (ProBook 650G1-W7pro 64bit), and I had some issues with Wi-Fi that I'm trying to solve, that's why ... I've rolled back to Windows 7.
I would like to do a clean upgrade using the Windows 10 ISO. As my hard-disk has four partitions, I would like to erase Hp Recovery partition and Hp Tools, this way I can install W10 on C and then all my data and music on an new partition.
...
But if I upgrade to Windows 10 using a DVD with ISO... then I loose all the HP sofwares ?! isn't it ?
HP Client Securety Manager (I use fingerprint), HP Softpaq etc.
I think that I can download from HP site about all the softwares and drivers I need... but will it work ?!
Is it too "drastic" to use an ISO to upgrade to windows 10 and erase all I have on C ?
For exemple, now I can access to BIOS by HP Client Security Manager... and then ?!?
I hope I explain myself, I don't speak very well English !
Cheers,
Marco

You only need to move the contents of HP_TOOLS to C: if you want to recover the disk space and remove that partition.
If it's not bothering you the way it is, then just leave it alone.
I moved the contents to my C: drive on my laptop and never ran into any problems from that.
Good Luck

Don't be concerned -- you explained yourself perfectly well!!
I've done a clean-install of Win10 on an HP laptop and my suggestion is to follow the instructions in this link for creating the genuineticket.xml file -- as you will likely need that later to activate Win19 (I did): Clean Install Windows 10 Directly without having to Upgrade First - Windows 10 Forums
As to the HP Win10 drivers and software, everything that is available from HP can be downloaded from this page: http://h20566.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/readIndex?sp4ts.oid=5405142&swLangOid=8&swEnvOid=4192
Select Windows 10 64-bit using the pulldown.
You won't need the Recovery partition as it will be useless after the Win10 Upgrade.
As to HP_TOOLS, you can simply copy the contents of that partition onto your OS partition after the upgrade -- if you want to then free up that space.
Good Luck

About HP tools... I have taken a look, there's almost Bios data. Are you sure that I can simply copy that folder on C ? Nothing more to do, no HP or security software will be concerned about this change?
Cheers
