I was using a InsydeH20 (or 2o) Setup Utility and my only tabs are Main, Security, and System Configuration. All the videos I watched had the Boot tab on it. Someone please help, It would mean a lot. Thank you.

Hi:
The product specs indicate that your notebook came with W10 64 bit.
HP Stream - 14-ax010wm (ENERGY STAR) Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support
You can use the HP cloud recovery tool on another PC running W7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility.
HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Customer Support
Since you have to use the utility on another PC, you will need to enter your notebook's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.
Your PC's product number is: X7S46UA#ABA
To boot from a USB flash drive, have the flash drive in the USB port.
Turn on or restart the PC.
Immediately press/tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.
Select the F9 boot options menu and from that, select the UEFI Diskette on key/USB hard drive and press the Enter key.
The PC should boot from the flash drive.
If you do not see a USB flash drive in the F9 boot options menu, then you probably have to disable secure boot.
See this link for how to enable legacy mode/disable secure boot.

After you save those settings, go back to the F9 boot options menu and see if the UEFI USB flash drive option is now showing up in the F9 boot options list.
