HP Pavilion - 15z-cw100 CTO

Got a black screen on Friday saying Boot Device Not Found - Hard Disk 3F0.  Diagnostics wouldn't recognize the SSD anymore.

Just replaced the SSD and I'm now getting the same black screen but it's saying to install the OS on the new hard drive.  How do I do that?  Not worried about lost info/files from the old SSD, just trying to get the laptop back up and running.  Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Laptop is recognizing the SSD now.

Thanks!

Please use HP Cloud Recovery tool (for Windows 10):

There is no operating system on the new SSD you bought. You need to install one manually.
For that you can create a Windows Media Stick on another Windows machine via the Media Creation Tool, plug the then bootable stick into a free USB slot and follow the instructions to install Windows again (if you want to install Windows)
