I have a Spectre x360 which I have recently upgraded to Windows 11, previously was running Windows 10 Pro. It looks like the recovery partitions were erased in the process unfortunately. I am wondering if there are any ways for me to restore the system back to its factory settings without the recovery partition? Is there a way to download that from HP? Otherwise, would would the best way for me to get the system up and running for its full potential as I have installed the individual drivers but the laptop is still running slowly. I would really like to set up the Optane memory but it looks like that is not working.

Hi:
What I suggest you do is to make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP Cloud recovery tool with another PC running W7 64 bit or newer that will install W10, the drivers and the software that should have originally come with the PC.
If your PC is working, then you can use it to create the recovery media with.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility. You will also need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.

According to the recovery tool's website database, your PC's product number, 7PS48UA#ABA, is supported.
Then you can upgrade back to W11.
