@santiihenry, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
The HP Advanced BIOS functions may not be available on all devices, as they are locked on most models and only accessible on select ones. However, you can try the steps below to see if any options are available on your device.
- Access the Startup Menu: Press "Esc" repeatedly during boot.
- Enter BIOS: Once in the Startup Menu, press "F10".
- Check for hidden options: Explore the BIOS menus carefully to find advanced settings that may be initially hidden.
- Password prompt: If your BIOS has a password set from your end to access advanced settings, you can try and check.
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
Take care and have a good day.

Hey @santiihenry,
Thank you for your response
Unfortunately, the advanced BIOS is not available on all models, as these settings are locked to prevent changes that could affect the stability or functionality of the unit.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
