Using your advice, I used Windows Device Manager and noticed that under System devices that Intel(R) Smart Sound Technology (Intel(R) SST) OED had a yellow caution triangle and showed two lines. (1) This device cannot start. (Code 10). (2) Failed to load external libraries. I Uninstalled the Device and checked box Attempt to remove the driver for this device. After reboot, Windows install a driver that was 16 months older.

After a few days, the older driver also caused the the popup error, but windows has not crashed for 10 days and is running with no problems.

Thank you for your advise.

If I continue to have any crashes or problems,  I will remove all drives that you have described and have Windows re-install them.
