@Mary146

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

After reading your post, I did go through the Product specifications of your product and found that you have 2 TB 5400 rpm SATA hard drive installed on the PC. This computer doesn't have Intel Optane memory. here is the link:http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05963248 to know more about product spec Maintenance and Service Guide

While you respond to that, let's try these steps:

  1. Run Programs and Features. ...
  2. From the list of programs, look for one labelled Intel Optane Pinning Explorer Extensions.
  3. Once you've found it, right-click on it, then select 'Repair' from the short context menu.
  4. Once the repair process is complete, restart your computer.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
Please click “
