HP Recommended

Everything Katie333 said worked for me.  I saw another message somewhere that versions 15. and 16. would also not work for Windows Version 1903 ( I have Version 1909)  so I kept working back to vestion 14.8.16.1063 of SetupRST.exe and after also renaming IaStorA.sys to IaStorA_old.sys as Katie333 suggested, the tray icon for Intel "Rapid Storage Technology" finally no longer said "not running".  I might add that I never found Intel RST in device manager/disk drives either before or after getting it running.
