Does anyone know how to resolve the Intel XTU Component device showing Error 38 in Device Manager?

 

The full error is :

"Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware because a previous instance of the device driver is still in memory. (Code 38)

The driver could not be loaded because a previous version of the driver is still in memory."

 

I've tried unloading the device, removing the drivers completely, reinstalling from Windows Update and/or Intel to no avail.

I have exactly the same problem on HP desktop 45L with win11. 

Tried even reinstall the windows but problem stills.

WHat the f is going on?
