Critical vulnerabilities found in Intel processor

Russian cybersecurity specialists Positive Technologies found critical vulnerabilities in Intel processors.

We are talking about undocumented features that allow you to take control of the system. Access to them opens in a special mode, which in most cases is exclusively for Intel engineers, but in some cases hackers can also get it.

Security experts suggest these options may be present on all current Intel processors.

The press service of Intel noted that they take Positive Technologies research seriously and carefully study their statements, Izvestia reports.

Earlier, researchers found a dangerous vulnerability in Intel processors. It is found in 75% of computers manufactured since 2011.

I am interesting in HP community thiers opinions and what they is going to do if this be the case.

Thank you
