HP Notebook - 15-dw0083wm

I cant seem to get the Hp smart app to upload to the computer. I have restarted the computer., incase that was the problem.

Also at one point i had to uninstall it because I thought if I just reloaded it that would fix it.

Reinstall HP Smart App: Since you've already uninstalled the app, try reinstalling it from the official source. Download it directly from the HP website or the Microsoft Store.

Update the App: Ensure that you have the latest version of the HP Smart app. Sometimes, updating the app can resolve compatibility issues. Check for updates through the app store or HP's official website.

Check Firewall and Antivirus Settings: Your firewall or antivirus software might be blocking the installation or communication of the HP Smart app. Temporarily disable them and try installing the app again. Remember to re-enable them after the installation.
