Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I wanted to extend my warranty as it expired on sept 2020 and I called hp and then arm infotech contacted me for extension  and they had all details regarding my laptop as I called hp and told them and they said they are authorized and they can extend my warranty with 5500 for 1 year or 8500 for 2 years. 

Is at a fraud or genuine?
