Is hp 15s-eq 1027 nm 32 or 64bit and what windows should I install on it.

Hi:

 

I recommend that you install W10 Home 64 bit on your notebook and then if you want, you can take the free upgrade to W11.

 

32-bit operating systems are not supported in your notebook and no operating system older than W10 will work properly.
