HP Chromebook x360 - 14c-ca0053dx
Chrome OS

The Chromebook was fully charged and fine then in the middle of the night it turned to a white screen saying that chrome os was missing or damaged and wouldn't change at all (besides the language) after a few hours the screen turned off and the chromebook went it didn't recognize it at first but after about an hour of being plugged into the charger the charging light started flashing blue / white slowly / periodically  (it's been plugged in for 3 or 4 days staright until just now) and the screen will not turn on now.

Is there any fix to this or can this problem be identified? Do I need to throw it out and completely get a new one?

(This laptop is almost 2 years old if that matters)
