Product: HP Notebook - 15-ac121dx

   I'm trying to repair a laptop for a friend. He encountered a virus, which wouldn't allow windows to boot. I'm going to try to create a windows 10 bootable USB, since that has worked for a different laptop in the past. Unfortunately, he couldn't provide me with any system information, and I'm having trouble finding it using the product info on the back of the laptop. I'm trying to find out if this laptop is MBR or GPT, and 32 or 64 bit??? I'm guessing it's MBR and 64 bit, but I'd feel more comfortable if I had the information. Can anyone help?? The info on the back shows the following:

Model: 15-ac121dx

Hi:

 

You can install W10 in GPT or MBR. 

 

GPT is preferred so you can enable secure boot in the BIOS.

 

You should install W10 64 bit as that was the original operating system that came with the notebook.
