Your notebook's hardware meets Micrsoft's minimum hardware requirements to run W11.

 

However, HP has not provided any W11 drivers for it on the support page.

 

Normally the W10 drivers will work if something needs a driver, but not always,

 

Your PC was manufactured during the 44th week of 2018.

 

You can look on eBay to see if anyone has your notebook for sale and see what they are selling it for.
