I want to upgrade my computer to Windows 11 but I don't know if HP will support my computer to upgrade to Windows 11?

HP has not uploaded any W11 drivers to your notebook's support page yet.

 

HP Pavilion 15-cs3000 Laptop PC series Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Customer Support

 

The PC is supported for Windows 11 (Meets the hardware requirements), but since there are no W11 drivers yet, you may want to wait a while before upgrading.
