i put in my pin number too many times to login to my computer and realized what it was is there a way around the 2 hour wait

Basically -- NO.  There is no workaround to this. It's a "security measure" that Microsoft introduced to discourage some who stole a PC from entering the PIN over and over until they guess the right one.
