Product: ELITEBOOK 8530P
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I bought a used Elitebook 8530P off ebay and it didnt come with a HDD so i put a 500gig in it and i was checking out the bios setting and i came across a custom logo setting but turns out i need the HP_TOOLS partition on the hdd to take advantage of it. Since this is a none OEM install of win 7 is there a way to create the HP_TOOLS partition to take advantage of the custom boot logo?

This should offer to create HP Tools partition on hard drive or USB flash drive. Actually  F2 at power on will also use the flash drive:
