Is there any recovery software for my hp laptop?

So I recently changed my old hard drive in my laptop to an ssd. But I seem to have run into a problem... The new drive doesn't have the old recovery partition so I can't get windows 10 back on there. The old drive was corrupted, so that's why I changed it. Is there like a utility or hard drive image for my laptop or do I have to use a normal copy of windows 10?

Hi:

You can use the HP cloud recovery tool and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.

You will have to use the utility on another PC, so you will need to enter your notebook's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.
