HP Commercial Products - Products Stuck in HP Sure Start Recovery Boot Loop After a Microsoft Cumulative Monthly OS Update. 

 

I have this problem every time i start my laptop. This problem i have from 5 days ago.

I cant find the driver on hp site that i need to download for bios. after i set my device with serial number, the site start glitch and cant choose what OS i have, all options are black. And no drivers shows in the list

 

Please help me remote with all, i can follow steps with my brain,  i dont want to go in a showroom

Hi, thanks for help, the problem is still there. 

Model: HP EliteBook 850 G7 Notebook PC (8TP60AV)

 

This is the message in event viewer:

Step 1: Sign in to the HP Support page using your HP account or create a new account by clicking on “Create Account.”
 

Step 2: Enter the device serial number, select the product, and click on “other” from the options.
 

Step 3: Click on “Continue to contact options,” and choose your country/region and language.
 

Step 4: The support options will now populate based on the warranty status of your device.
