I have recently upgraded to windows 10. Since the upgrade the scroll feature located on the right hand side of my touchpad does not work anymore. Also multi finger gestures do not work either. I wiped the hard drive before upgrading to windows 10. Are there any drivers I need to install to fix the issue?

@muzzamiester

Welcome to the HP Forums,

We'll be with you until it's all sorted & beyond!

Did you check if your device supports Windows 10?

(Click here to verify, if you haven't done that yet)

That said, I'm afraid the device isn't a part of the above list and doesn't have the drivers available either,

Since you've already upgraded, you could try the 3rd party websites such as drive space, etc... to download drivers for your touchpad at your own discretion as HP neither supports nor recommends using 3rd party programs/websites,

HP suggests you revert back to the factory settings using the originally shipped media: Click here to obtain the same.

Let me know how that pans out,
