Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP 15 dy 2000 series laptop

I created a video with Adobe Premiere Elements 2019.  Premiere doesn't recognize my external DVD burner so I saved the video as an ISO file to a folder on my laptop.

I have a roofull external DVD burner with the ability to burn ISO files.

My laptop recognizes the Drive and the this discs inserted.

I have tried several burning apps (windows installed, roxio easy burning 2 and Imgburn)

The burn will start and the apps are reading the disc.  They all stop after a few minutes with different types of 'time out' issues.

(Imgburn error says 'The Semaphore timeout period as expired'.)

I've gone online and tried all the recommendations but nothing is working.

I also tried an older external DVD drive I had and I get the same issues.

I though of buying an external DVD burner that is compatable with Premiere but am worried I'd still have the same burn time out issues.
