Hey there,

I bought a Dell Inspiron 15 3000 for my company website Plus Metals (https://www.aluminiumwala.com) in 2020 Dec. One week ago suddenly Bluetooth stopped working and later internet stopped working.

I tried to download and install the drivers  manually but it still did not show up. I tried rolling back the Windows update and restoring my PC to first update but still the WIFI icon does not show up. 

While troubleshooting, it is saying 

'Window did not detect a properly installed network adapter. If you have a network adapter, you will ned to re-install the driver."

Any idea what could be wrong. Can anyone here help?

Your thread heading mentions an HP PC -- but the body of your thread mentions a DELL.  We do not provide support for issues with DELL PCs.  For those, you have to contact a DELL support forum.
