HP 14 inch Laptop PC 14-em0000 (72X24AV)

My laptop is stuck in the automatic repair screen and I cannot boot it up. I have followed all the troubleshooting steps provided, but nothing has worked. I previously spoke with a representative named Rahul who assured me we would resolve the issue quickly, but I haven’t received further assistance. I still have my warranty and need guidance on how to proceed.
