HP ENVY x360 - 15-dr1072ms

Hello,

I'm experiencing issues with my HP laptop. When I press the power button, the power light turns on, indicating that the laptop is starting. However, the screen remains completely black, and after about 10 seconds, the power light shuts off. I’ve tried accessing the BIOS mode, but I assume I can't enter it because the laptop shuts down too quickly.

I’ve confirmed that the battery is charged and have also tried turning it on both while connected to the charger and while disconnected. Unfortunately, neither method resolves the issue.

Any guidance on how to address this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
