I tried to recovery my system from the recovery media provided by HP. During the installation I am prompted with an error stating "Windows could not complete the installation. To install Windows on this computer, restart the installation". I have tried another recovery media and I am getting the same error. The following are the steps that I have tried:-

1: Automatic repair

2: System recovery both keeping my files and a complete reinstallation where the option the keep my files cannot be done

3: Using the “cd %windir%/system32/oobe/" and “msoobein command prompt

4: Enable Administrator Account using the "MMC" common where I cannot even see the Local Users and Groups

5: Change Password Requirement using the command "secpol.msc" where I cannot even run that command

I currently wishes to recovery my system to the factory default state as when I first purchased it with all the preinstalled software and not the generic Windows 10 from Microsoft.

PLEASE NOTE THE SYSTEM RECOVERY WITH THE GENERIC VERSION FROM MICROSOFT CAN INSTALL.

No, no matter what, the Factory settings process WON'T re-install ALL preinstalled software on your machine. You need to know which one(s) you need to download and re-install YOURSELF at the end including all Windows updates.

Have you tried

I have tried that, however, my PC is not yet supported on HP Cloud Recovery. I have already ordered a recovery media from HP. I had the same installation error with the recovery media I received from HP as well as a previous recovery media i created last year. I had used the recovery media I created to restore my laptop to factory settings last year and all the pre-installed applications were installed.
