Hi, 

 

I had a problem with a recent game installation which caused my laptop to crash and think it’s made changes to the boot registry. I need a completely fresh install for my OMEN Laptop 17-cb1003na - NVIDIA® GeForce for a UK based laptop

 

when I check the HP recovery tool this is showing as not supported - can you add the image and backup files for this please and let me know when available?
